We are extremely happy with the work Windlickers did. We had an interesting situation pop-up, and they were helpful in a really big way. The old roof on our house was 30 years old, and our insurance company threatened to drop us if we didn’t replace it in a very limited deadline. Windlickers was a recommendation given to us from a friend at work who had also used them on his home and cottage. They got our work done in the time needed, and we’re immensely thankful. Michael Fabian inspected our old roof and took lots of pictures. He gave us a thorough explanation of the condition of it, the areas of weakness it had, and recommendations of what to do with various pricing options. He made sure we understood all the options before moving forward. We knew we had a lot to repair and replace, as we had both the house and the garage roofs to do, and gutters on both, adding more gutters to the garage, replacing rotting wood, and adding new decking to both the house and garage. The price was reasonable for the amount of work needed. Michael had great communication letting us know when the work would start, how much equipment they would bring, etc. They did a very nice job covering things up around the outside of the house and being careful with the plants and bushes around our house and around the neighbors’ houses. They got both roofs done in one day, and the gutters in another. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning-up when they were done. The roof and gutters look terrific. We opted for the 50-year roof with a transferrable warranty, so we’re thrilled about the upgrade to our house. Mike was kind enough to email the insurance company with all of this information. We just had the roofing done on a house in Dousman and the experience was amazing. Mike spent considerable time clearly describing the project he proposed to my elderly friend to make sure she was comfortable with it at the time of the quote and throughout the process. Even helped walk us through the insurance credit process for class 4 shingles. His crew was awesome. They always took time to address any questions we had while the job was ongoing and were very thorough when it came to cleanup. We were very happy with the new roof and the whole experience.

I totally would recommend Windlickers to anyone in need of a new roof or siding. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end working with this company on my new roof and siding. First, I got several quotes from other companies and their pricing was good using the best quality products. The owner was knowledgeable , very attentive and truly seemed like he cared that I was happy with the result. He listened to me, checked in daily and made sure that everything was being done as I had desired. His crew was amazing too, very efficient, paid attention to detail, were very respectful and cleaned up the site completely when the job was done. I am thrilled with the result!! It looks like I have a whole new house. My somewhat unconventional ideas turned out amazing! Their work was flawless. I’m not one to give a good review unless it is truly deserved and in this case they exceeded my expectations.

The customer experience was top-notch, and they managed to work around all the spring rain and unpredictable weather without missing a beat. What really stood out was how thoroughly they cleaned up afterwards — you’d hardly know a crew had been here. We were so happy with the work that we’re having them come back to do our siding.
